Terrible support, does not care about customers.

Absolutely dismal customer support. I've been unable to buy certain stocks due to a UI error, and after a brief attempt to interact with me, the support desk just stopped replying. My problem is still not resolved. I am investigating ways to move my investments somewhere else, or just sell it all and start over.
