Terrible experience

I registered on Easy Equity after I was informed it's a user-friendly platform for share investments. Unfortunately proved to be a painful experience of not being able to invest after I transferred funds weeks ago. It seems there was a technical problem that at first they were corresponding to assist, until they went quiet. Have had over 10 back-and-forth emails, and what surprises me for a trading platform, surely technical operations is a priority.
