Terrible experience

Would like to give it zero stars. Absolutely terrible experience. All I need help with is getting my account FICA'd. I have no idea what is wrong. They have no phone line to contact anyone on. I have logged over 10 tickets about the matter. I can just not seem to get a hold of a real human to talk to, to help me with my account. Absolutely the worst platform...
