Terrible customer service when trying to withdraw funds!! Cannot withdraw funds

Easy Equities is very good to receive your funds and trade...the day will come when you want to withdraw your funds and then the trouble with them starts. Your banking details according to them is not verified and they do not respond to your messages, do not verify your account. I have sent my banking details to them 3 times in the last 3 weeks, they resolved the ticket but nothing changed. Cannot withdraw any funds...
