Technical Glitches with Site/ Poor Customer Service

As of late, many glitches with the platform. You login via laptop, system lagging and when you do login, account values are at 0.

Even via cell phone, SSL missing, just a mess to be honest and dangerous as next thing they will pull a FTX on users.

Wrote to them 2 months ago, still zero feedback!! Disappointed and worrying
