Struggles with withdrawing.

I have been struggling to withdraw money from my account and I have been sent from pillar to post, It's supposed be a safe investment platform but you talk to robots when you want assistance, your query is closed before you get any satisfaction, you ask them to give a call but you wont see that, I am really having regrets using that platform.
