Stay away, withdrawals seem impossible!!!

I've been experimenting by investing small amounts over rhe years but also forgot about them,leaving a small portfolio of under around R350 with them for about 3 years.

This month I decided to top up a bit and got to just under R500 but yesterday when I tried to sell one bad perfoming stock to buy another one, suddenly their url froze and I got an email advising me that my account is locked!

Since then till now I haven't been able to buy/sell anything it freezes the moment u try doing that,their customer service gives me the run around, my account was verified years ago, my KYC was also done and my bank account also verified so it doesn't make sense.

All I can say is stay away, I'm depositing anything anymore, just trying to get what I already invested then I'm gone!!!
