Slower than Slow

I can not believe that a company who used to be so proud of their efficient fast service has slipped down to such a slow inefficient unresponsive dud. They work with people's money and the stock exchange is volatile, yet easy equities is limping slowly. Lockdown is one excuse, but not answering your phones, taking days, yes days to respond to urgent e mails!
