Shocking Customer Service

Terrible customer service experience. I have been trying to do a TFSA account transfer to them for a couple of months now and the communication from them has been terrible. In the last few weeks I have called them multiple times, each time the Frist line support comes back to say someone will contact me later in the day. Not once has that happened. If they do not resolve my transfer or at least provide an update by the end of the week. I will be sending them a letter of demand to get this resolved. This is unacceptable.
