SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Such a shocking experience dealing with this company. I hit a snag, and have requested, via email, for a manager to call me. Over 2 weeks, i have sent 12 emails, and some were rep**** to, and some ignored. Bottom line, the staff who rep**** to my email told me that i CANNOT talk to a manager?! Worst customer service experience EVER! Hopefully a manager will see this post and call me on 08277****5. Derek
