Share just disappear with your money

Been investing with easy equity for some time now . But what recently happened has shocked me . I bought Nampak share ms then they just disappeared without no explanation. Lost money . Going to advise everyone not to put their money in this institution I am withdrawing everything I have with them . Worst part they don’t reply emails.
