Sell instruction still not executed after a whole month. No support!

I executed a sell instruction that has not been processed for a whole month. Wanted to reinvest the funds and it is just stuck in limbo. Email customer service, takes 5 days to respond only to tell me to send them screenshots of the issue?!? They should have access to this information and are clearly not interested in the financial impacts that their poor system and lack of support causes. For an FSP - appalling!
