Ridiculous service to reset password takes days

I have been requesting to reset my password Omg it's like I wanna withdraw millions

I was asked questions about 6 questions n I know about 4 can someone just reset my password Ticket number ***

I keep replying to that email it gets blocked why I don't know.. People it's been a while not using my account all I know i wanna start now since am no longer working User ID EE54848
