Regular Updates on the platform during the worst times

What happens when you lose money because the shares have dropped and you couldn't sell in time because easy equities was busy fixing their website and you couldn't log in?? This is a regular occurrence and i have already lost money because they decided to work on the site and i couldn't log in to sign. now should that be my problem??
