Referral Incentive is a lie!!

I recently referred a colleague to Easy Equities who then registered and has made 3 trades already. The Easy Equities website states the following " For every person that you invite to EasyEquities who successfully registers with us, you’ll earn R50 EasyMoney which will be credited to your EasyEquities account. EasyMoney is a currency specific to EasyEquities, which you can use to offset commissions. As soon as your referral has registered, funded their account and placed their first trade we will pay you your well-earned EasyMoney! "

I waited for the R50 Easymoney to be credited but it never came so I sent them a query... Got a response about a week later that the matter was getting escalated. However, another week later, still no response instead i get an email saying the ticket has been closed. The whole Easy Equities thing is starting to smell like a hoax. I have been active on the platform but I have now stopped making any deposits because I am beginning to doubt I will be able to withdraw the money...
