RA move going very slow

I am a member of Easy Equities and i saw an opportunity to move my RA to Easy Equities but the process is broken.

I was expecting it be swift like Easy Equities says but you submit documnets and wait also you ask to be called for clarity but that never happens.

Using AI is good but some human touch is also needed especially when money is involved.

I am still waiting
