Property Investments that yield no monetary value.
*** - Graphite Park and Mikro Park properties has no rental yield. I have submitted the trouble ticket.sending it through on their website. I received a reply from them stating that, "- has been closed as we believe it has been resolved." fact of the matter is my investments are stagnant, my funds on this 2 properties has no movement. I currently cannot be able to release these funds also. I feel that my hands are tied. Please help?

06 Oct 2025, 00:48I went to Santon We-work, last week spoke to Nkosinathi Ndebele, he spoke with some other gentlemen on the phone, about the above issue, they said that they were able to release only one, of the investments but this has not yet happened, the people at this company do not seem to care about us the little guys. This is very sad.
