Profits not withdrawable ACC on negative

I've invested in different markets, USA, ZAR ,GBP. And housing. Every year I check the stocks to see how they grew, it's always on a negative, even if the stocks do well, mine grow but ACC is on negative, meaning if I ever withdraw it's going straight to easy equities, why????? Why am I being ****** of profits??
