Poor service from Easy Equities

Hi,

On the 29th of January 2024 I opened a ticket on the website as I need help locating my stockbroker for my SAB Zenzele kabili shares. On the 1st of February 2024 I decided to contact them on Instagram to try and get helped as 36hrs had passed. They eventually responded to my ticket but they didn't answer my question. Instead I was asked to complete the naturalisation form which I had completed years ago, so I sent it to them via mail.

Bases on the response I could see that my query is not being understood and I have asked to be called. I have shared my number about 3 times already via Instagram DM, however nobody is calling me nor are they responding to my query. Instead they promise that they have allocated a Senior agent to my query.

All I would like is for my query to handled and if it is misunderstood I need to be called, as I have requested so that this issue can be finalised.

I am highly disappointed in the service received, especially because before we could just call the head office and get assisted with ease. However, now you do not get the quick turn around that is needed.

Please may someone call me so that we can close this ticket and I can get the answers I need.

I have a shareholders number, and I have sent it.

Please handle my query as I do not think it is acceptable that I have to wait so long to receive the correct assistance.
