Poor Service

Been trying to get my account and address details changed so that I can withdraw my money since 12 June. I followed their requirements on the cell phone app and sent more than the info required. They eventually come back a week later saying i must now load my account details onto the system. I load them today and then go to withdraw and they say my account details need to be verified. They have had my bank statement since 12 June but now I must wait a further 48 hours. I also queried at the time of how to withdraw my money. No response received. My address details haven,t been updated either since the 12 June request. I will no longer be suggesting them since they can't get the basic client service right.
