POOR SERVICE_Deposit not allocated since July 2021
My deposit made in July has not yet been allocated. Made a deposit of R120 and also a deposit of R3000.00. I got an email to say they need proof but it can not be a printout? The initial deposit of R18 000.00 when I opened this account was allocated. Why is the service poor these days? I also want the interest earned from the R120.00 since July 2021. Account Number: EE***

12 Jan 2022, 11:17Funds are now sitting under locked funds? The only option is to invest them. This was an EFT deposit why do I not have access to these funds? How can you wait for 14days?? I want to withdraw my funds today!
