Poor Service and Non excisting assitance

I have invested with easy equities a couple of years ago duri g covid, and in that time I have used a diffrent email address. For the last couple of years I did not do any investing. Recently a friend gave me some advice and told me to i vest in some shares. I went back to easy equities app and have literally tried everything to reset or retrieve my previously registered email address and no matter what you do you cant contact them amd when you try online to retrieve the detail they keep on requesting the registered email. When calling you also just speak to a robot that cant help you at all.... This is the worst app I have ever encountered
