Poor Service

I did a Easy Equities immediate payment share purchase yesterday afternoon. It is now more than 24 hours later and my IMMEDIATE transaction that I was charged for has still not been processed. I have called the call centre, they did not feel like assisting in the way my query was handled, did not even vet me over the phone that I was indeed who I said I was. They requested that I send a email. I have also requested that a manager contact me still no luck. I attached the in app payment documents and they still require proof of payment. In the meantime the share price has increased and I am the looser. This the worst services ever. Easy Equities how are you going to address your services, what about the money that I have lost and please return the calls when you make promises to clients.
