Poor Serbmvice and Expensive

Very expensive person transaction. Poor communication. I've tried to resolve a limit order issue for 3 weeks to no avail. Turn around time and understanding of the concern is poor. I've been investing for over 20 years with Investec and FNB, who offer a far better service. I'm shocked at this poverty of service.
