Poor customer service

I am a returning EE client after i had left the platform some years back and it used to have good customer service, now everything is slow you wait for days with no support. I am leaving for good now, i might as well invest through the banks trading platform. Now you're even forced to subscribe to thrive, pay a fee and still pay broker fees as you transact.
