Poor customer service and system errors

The Easy Equities system is unable to deal with the unbundling of SA Assets Management and left fractions on my account which Support is unable to deal with. Several emails were sent but only one reply was received and just said 'Try to sell again' which did not solve the problem. Trying to log a ticket is also not possible because the Help system does not work - the Captcha integration is obviously faulty.
