Poor customer service and poor communication.

I have just tried to purchase a number of shares of an ETF in my TFSA, the shares are trading at around R20. For some reason, Easy Equities has charged me about R30 per share, a price 30% above the current trading price and I instantly lost 30% of my investment. They make it incredibly difficult to get in touch with someone for help and definitely make it impossible to get swift help. I want an explanation for being charged this arbitrarily high asking price compared to the selling price and why I see no spike in the graph (surely my purchase would have shown up as a spike?).
