Platform issue

I used to have no issues depositing funds into my ETF's, but ever since they launched the new website, there have been a million problems. Now, I keep facing the same deposit issue over and over again, and despite reporting it multiple times, it still hasn’t been fixed permanently. It’s extremely frustrating, and a reliable platform shouldn’t have ongoing issues like this. I hope they sort this out properly once and for all, but based on my experience so far......
