Payout mysteriously disappeared

Dividend amount received and when I wanted to withdraw... Money just disappeared!!... 5 tickets and 1 response of they don't know what happened but will investigate. Now I find out other people have the same experience with them... Scared of withdrawing all my shares in case it disappeares aswell.
