Pathetic service

Pathetic Service,

I bought shares on Sunday for a company called Hammerson but till today the money disappeared and I don't have the shares on my account, I have sent an emails on Wednesday with my work and personal email with no response. I have also made follow up calls to check what is the matter and I was told the matter will be resolved by Friday. Nobody picks up their lines and I would not recommend it to anyone with the level of service they are giving to their clients.
