Pathetic platform that caused losses

Pathetic service! Ny wife had invested in shares on the us market, and clearly set stop losses at a particular figure, low and behold the stock drops to that price however my stop loss does not trigger!! I go and try and manually delete the stop loss so that I can salvage some money, and that does not work!!

So her stop loss did not trigger and she cannot sell shares!! Her stop loss was at an amount of 3.29 per share, the stock is currently at 3.03! Who is going to compensate her for the 0.26 a share?

I created a ticket a they say it can take up to 36 hours or more!! So if this stock goes to 0?she will lose all her money? Just because the platform failed to execute a task it was supposed to?

Pathetic! If she does not recover my funds at the sell price she set then I certainly will be taking this further to the onbudsman and I would implore anyone else who has had the issue to do the same

It's been 2 days now that her funds have been stuck because of some stupid issue that nobody is resolving! Certainly makes me think twice about using this service
