Pathetic Customer Service.

I've been investing with this platform for more than 4 years now but when its tiem for me to contact the customer care i can just say, PATHETIC. It's been over 2 weeks and no one has contacted me to assist with my issue of selling shares to cash out my profits. This is honestly the worst part of a clients experience because now when I want my money they will not assist me but if I want to make a deposit then my money is taken in a split second. Honestly so disappointed in this platform and their staff. Will be looking elsewhere to take my investments.
