PATHETIC CUSTOMER 'SERVICE'

'Support' is non-existent. Previously, you could call and call and call, and NO ONE ever answered your call. They obviously realised that they were getting a lot of complaints about the unanswered calls so they now got a Bot called Ella or something similar. Oh, my word! I think that I would prefer them to just not answer the calls. That bot is beyond useless. Give it up, Easi Equities. You are just useless at 'Customer Service'. Perhaps rename that function and call it CUSTOMER DISSERVICE!
