Onerous process to withdraw funds from sold bundles

I'm disappointed with this platform, it seems like an onerous task to get my sold equities and withdrawn and transferred to my account. I have tried calling to get my issue resolved and number just rings. I also submitted a ticket where it seems it was closed as resolved but have not received payment. I cancelled my debit orders and yet I still see funds being withheld because of these amounts which should not be reflecting. I need the funds transferred to my account urgently, it's now more than a week since my bundles were sold!
