Nothing Easy about Easy Equities (easy to take your money, not so easy to give it back)

Oh my goodness! How pathetic is this place! As soon as I read that Easy Equities will force us to pay a monthly fee without our consent, I set about trying to close my account. There is no Helpline (what kind of a company does not have a helpline???) So, from their online information I gathered that I would have to sell all my shares first, and then transfer funds before I could close. So I did just that. However, I am completely UNABLE to sell my Old Mutual Global Equity fund shares. I have tried to sell my shares on the 24th November 2023. Today (22 January 2024) the order STILL shows as pending. I have submitted a ticket (because they have NO telephone number). They beautifully ignored me completely. An automated email said that they would resolve within 36 hours. Haha! Here we are 14 DAYS later and NOTHING. No email, nothing. So I am stuck. And guess what? They are debiting my account, stating that I now owe them money? These people need to be taken to court. This is diabolical.
