Not worth the hassle

i have been unable to access my account now for five days. The advice from their help team keeps going in circles, just as their website does !!!! I am not convinced there is anyone capable of helping me in their employ. I am now determined to go elsewhere and convince my family and friends to stay far away (as soon as I get my money out)
