Not responding to Withdrawal requests!

Trying to withdraw one's money is a mission!! Over a week of trying to verify an already verified account. Zero response to telephone calls and emails. What does one have to do to get their money in an emergency?!?! Disgraceful service! Quick to take our money but disappear when it's time to give it back!
