Not easy to withdraw

I have withdrawn money from EE before without a hassle, but this time around I do not understand what is happening. They took longer than 5 days to settle the cash to withdraw and I had to do an early settlement to access the funds. Now that the funds are settled, their site and app does not allow me to withdraw. I get an error that does not make sense. This is so frustrating. It's very easy to get money in but not so easy to get it out.
