NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Easy Equities is not to be trusted. They have non-existent customer service. They don't have a call centre, you can't call anyone when your queries go unaswered for days. My query is simple,I want to arrange for my taxfree savings investments to be transferred to another company.

No one has responded to my query on direct email to ***, no response has been received to my query logged on their website with a ticket number issued. It has been 5 working days without a response or an acknowledgement. Absolutely attricious service. I think it's time I sold off all my investments and just withdraw everything.
