Non-Existant Customer Service and Artificial Non-Intelligence

Pity you can't put 0 stars. It would be nice if that was an option. Easy Equities seemed really nice with their App and the ease with which you can invest. But unfortunately, their customer service, as noted by numerous other reviews on Hello Peter, is absolutely atrocious. They seem to be using an AI bot to log ticket numbers, but I would rather classify this bot as as an ANI, or Artificial Non-Intelligence. It's the most useless system I have ever come across. Even when you just want to talk to someone directly, it's unable to assist with the required information.

Anyways, my recommendation is that before anyone tries Easy Equities, first do some research to see if there are any other similar options but with better customer service. Although their App is user friendly, their customer support definitely is not. Unfortunately, for the first time today, I am having major difficulty in selling shares and the App is pretty buggy today. Hopefully this is not now the decline of their App too.
