No way to phone and they don`t respond to online queries nor emails

Pathetic (Non existing) communication from them. The company I work for has issued us some shares. I`ve been battling for a month to get hold of EE so that I can start exercising my shares - No luck. I`m waiting for the correct time to sell all my holding bought via EE and close all accounts. Pathetic!!
