NO RESPONSE RE WITHDRAWAL OF RA FUND

I have a retirement fund with Easy Equities. It is currently less then R15,000 (which I can withdraw prior to retirement age) I sent over forms to withdraw these funds on December 15th. I have logged a ticket request. I have sent multiple emails to *** for someone to assist me and absolutely no one is responding to me! This is so frustrating. There’s no other way of contacting them
