No response. Cannot withdraw my funds

I have had the worst experience in getting any form of communication in regards to my RA withdrawal. I have logged numerous tickets without response sent emails with no response. When all I wanted was to just get my money back. Terrible service I would not advise anyone to invest via their platforms cause they will give you the worst service ever.
