No help from Easy Equities

I logged about 5 tickets for a problem but keep on getting the worst possible stupid answers back. It clearly indicate that the persons working with the complaint either do not have the skill to read propperly...understand the business or are just plain negligent to resolve the issue. I transferred money from my USD account to my ZAR account. Now the money is available in the ZAR account only for transfer but not for investment or withdrawel. Why can they not just phone me so that we can resolve this. No contact phone numbers for them. They only send mails with confirmation money was dep in ZAR account. Not what my complaint is about😡
