NO CONTACT - NO HELP

I have been trying to get hold of this company for weeks now. They filed my papers at Sars which I was penalised R6000 for.

I have logged calls numerous times and I still referred back to the website where tax certificates reflect none of this. I need this issue sorted out urgently.
