No client service - Tax certificate

I've been a loyal customer since 2018 and have had no issues until now. My 2022 tax certificate is not yet available to download, and trying to find out why, but not getting any joy in contacting them. Have created multiple support tickets and no luck, they keep replying to say download it off the website, but they dont seem to understand that I am telling them its not available to download. And there is no telephone number to call, so NO client service!
