No access to funds or Help from Easy Equities

I am not able to do inter-account transfer from Zenzele Kabili shares to my EE Zar account. Also I do not know the actual amount I have as I have fund on a minus on the EE account, some funds are also locked. In December last year I was told I'll have access to my funds after the 26th of January 2022 which is not the case, I logged a ticket on the 30th of January 2022 and no one has contacted me since.
