my money not reflecting in my account

I made a withdrawal instruction two - three days ago and the money is not reflecting on my account. the worst part is that the company does not have a working contact that you could call and get help quicker instead they provide you with FAQs. I mean handling people's monies comes with accountability. I have been trying to contact them, sent emails but not one has looked into my complaint. they truly treat their customers in an bad manner
