Money missing from my account and being charged for a cancelled debit order - total rip-off

Very disappointed with easyequities. I stopped a debit order in July or August. They continued to debit my account, obviously it bounced, then they charge R100 for bounced debit order fee. I deposited R5000 into my main easyequities account, the R500 was automatically deducted from that R5000, but was not transferred to any of my investment, where did my R500 go? And what is with the R100 bounced debit order fee? If your systems are not working it should not be my problem. Please refund my R500 and credit back all the R100 your have charged for the bounced debit order fee. If I know that your IT application was not so good, I would not have setup a recurring debit order. Please refund my money. Please.
