Mediocre customer service

I am beyond disappointed at the poor service from easy equity, I have been trying to verify my banking details with them for the past 4 days and I am still not assisted, I send them bank statements for them to do the verification manually but I am still waiting, created tickets for their support team to assist to no avail, Account number EE***
